Solid state, embedded design provides maximum reliability at a minimal cost. Alco MDVR-4 is rugged and shock resistant and high-temperature tolerant to operate in the demanding mobile environment. Small, low profile assembly (only 1 ¾” high) includes a quick release locking mount that eliminates the need for a “vault” box. Recording modules can be exchanged in seconds!
Automatic Digital Recording
Alco MDVR-4 records continuously when the vehicle’s ignition is on. No video can be unintentionally missed or erased. No driver interaction is required at any time. Event bookmarks, triggered by vehicle devices, allow for fast location of recorded events from the extended video history.
Integrated GPS Option
The Alco Mobile DVR features integrated passive GPS to record speed and location of the vehicle. Recording of the GPS data embeds position and speed into the video frames for essential evidence.
High Quality, Long Lasting Recording and Easy Event Searching
State of the art MPEG-4 compression allows for long recording times at superior quality featuring camera-by-camera setting control. Recording can be set for event or continuous mode. Files continuously refresh using FIFO recording. Easy-to-use on-screen menus provide for quick search and playback with advanced tools for transmission or duplication of recordings either by networking or with use of a docking station.
