Technical Support Specialist

General Description

Responsible for the day to day operation of the Technical Support department. Service Calls to customers premises in person or via Telephone. Will be required to assist or supervise installations within the client's premises. Responsible for the commissioning and testing of Digital CCTV systems. Working with Sales staff, assist with demonstrations of technologies at customers premises or at the Las Vegas Training Center. Maybe required to provide training sessions on technologies related to the companies business either on customers premises or at the Las Vegas Training Center. Other duties as directed from time to time.

Work experience requirements

Essential requirements
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Applicant will be subject to Security Clearance
  • Applicant will be subject to a Medical Clearance
Additional requirements
  • " Travel will be required (Passport is required)
  • Preferred Bi-lingual in Spanish & English. Any other language skills will be an advantage
