| Alco Advanced technologies is a publicly traded company. The company is strategically situated in Miami, Florida, US near the Miami airport. We have a 2,800 square foot center with a warehouse, training and office spaces. We also have offices in Las Vegas to serve the West Coast, and a manufacturing facility in Montreal, Canada. Alco is supported by a team of engineers with the capacity to undertake a port scanning project of any size. | Mr. Desrosiers is a Canadian serial entrepreneur, residing in the United States since 1997. He has specialized in the electronic security industry since 1994, when he founded Imaging Systems Technologies, a company specializing in positive identification via digital technologies. He sold the intellectual property of Imaging Systems Technologies to NBS in 1996. In 1997, he co-founded AXS Technologies, and then sold its intellectual property in 2002 to Integral Technologies. In 1998, Mr. Desrosiers founded Alco Advanced Technologies. |

| Mr. Arias has an extensive financial and administrative background in both startup and large multinational organizations. He has managed worldwide finances and manufacturing for very well known companies including Smart Connect, Kelly Technologies, JAAG, Troika Networks, Vertel Corporation and The Black & Decker Corporation. Prior to these, he spent his first career with Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu, an international CPA and management consulting firm. Mr. Arias holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Universidad Central del Ecuador, a MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and also holds Chartered Accountant designations from Argentina, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. |

| C. Louis Crowder has over 35 years of business and legal experience in Latin America and the U.S. His far ranging interests and experiences encompass the following areas. In the last decade, he has served as Director of South American operations for a consulting firm, managed a commodities trading company with offices in Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil, and recently sold his interest in an integrated group of alternative fuel companies; manufacturing biodiesel refineries, growing feedstock, producing fuel, and distributing under license with Petrobras in Brazil. During the 1990s, Mr. Crowder owned and managed several operations focused on forestry projects and natural resources in South America. He acquired over 3.5 million acres of forest lands, managed 16 saw mills, 3 manufacturing plants and over 2,000 employees for operations in Bolivia and Chile. He acquired over 1 million acres in Tierra del Fuego in both Argentina and Chile. Mr. Crowder served as Director and Vice President of the Bolivian National Forestry Association and Director of the Chilean National Forestry Association. During the 1980s, Mr. Crowder was President of a commodity trading company and owned numerous entities involved in real estate acquisition and development. He also taught graduate seminars on Latin American law and business as a Visiting Professor at the Thunderbird School of International Management in Phoenix, AZ. During the 1970s, Mr. Crowder represented over 20 Native American Tribes, was General Counsel to the Navajo Nation with 160,000 members and established the Council of Energy Resource Tribes (CERT). He also supervised the construction and managed the Indian Casio on the Lummi Nation in the state of Washington for one year. From 1969 to 1972, he opened and managed the international department of the law firm O'Connor, Cavanagh, Anderson, Westover, Killingsworth, & Beshears, in Phoenix, Arizona where he led investment missions to Central America and Mexico. He formed and managed a Cummins diesel distributorship in Panama that was sold to a NYSE company and authored the 30 year trust law in Mexico, allowing direct foreign investment in Mexican beaches. He left the law firm to work directly with the Howard Hughes Group and former executives. He also lived in Mexico City where he worked with Carlos Slim Helu on land acquisition and development during the 1970's. He has worked for the U.S. Dept. of State in South America as a Capital Development Officer and a Foreign Service Reserve Officer. Mr. Crowder received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Arizona. He is a U.S. citizen and is fluent in English and Spanish. |

Mr. Surijon holds a Bachelor in Electronic Engineer from UTN University. He has done business in South America, the Caribbean and Central American Territories in the electronic security industry for more than 25 years. He was founder and President of Guard Security Systems Corp Argentina 1983 to 1997; and founder, partner, and Vice President of STM Corp. (Seguridad Del Tercer Milenio S.A.) Alarm Monitoring Central Station. Mr. Surijon also founded the CEMARA, Monitoring Alarm Central Station Association of Argentina. Throughout his career he has established exceptional relationships with the largest manufacturers in the security industry. |
